Congratulations Leicester

Sometimes you have to put your hands up and say the best team won and there is no way Leicester are going to lose this title from here on in, they are head and shoulders above any other team regarding spirit, and easily have been the best counter attacking team too. Was it a miracle or Conspiracy? Naaaa it is very simple they have wonderful individual players but collectively as a team they have been brilliant. I know we have some annoyances from our game last game with them, but you have to give credit where it is due they have worked their socks off and deserve to be Champions. PS It could have been you Spuds, and that must really sting.

If Alli gets a three match ban, I think the most amusing chain of events would be for Leicester to lose their remaining matches, and tottenham to blow it by 1 point come the final day.
That would be nice.

Mate, is doesn't matter if Leicester have won fuck all in their history. So if you don't have a massive history, you're not allowed to win the league - what kind of logic is that? It's fucking great that they don't have a massive history - it gives hope to everyone.
They are on the verge of winnig the Premier League on a shoestring. Yes, their support is a bit embarrasing - but they're a regional city. It's a different mentality to the big city's.
Ideally it should of been us, but it wasn't - good fucking luck to them....

Spurs will lose to Chelsea so it will all be over this time next week either way.

Fwiw, since Man Utd have a lot to play for themselves I don't think Leicester will win there, winning it a week later at home will feel more sweet anyway.

Am hoping they beat Man U and get it done. For our benefit Hope Abramovich turns up to see Ranieri with the trophy on the pitch at Stamford Bridge.

Agreed Sven, pleased for Ranieri, hopefully they'll have won it by the time they go to Chelsea.

I'm no fan of Leicester but they have done the business. And it is the most amazing club achievement in the history of football if not all sport.
The positives are that they have stopped Spurs and I am pleased for Ranieri. Genuine football guy and a real gentleman. Hard to believe he was once associated with Chelsea.

Fucking terrible football club winning the league though.
Leicester City's awful, newbie, happy-clappy support don't deserve this. Fucking terrible, what's happened.
Where were they in the Championship with 20k crowds?! Wankers.
Still, the alternative i.e. fucking Spurs winning the league doesn't bare thinking about.

To be honest I thought Spurs were still 50/50 to win the league before last night. Leicester have held their nerve and kept delivering while Spurs couldn't handle the pressure. They had chances to wrap that game up but West Brom came back into the game and in the end a draw was a fair result. Cant see where the Y's could have any complaint as the only problem with the ref is that he didn't send Walker off for kicking Rondon and missed Alli punching Yacob.

Judging by the officiating last night, the conspiracy was more about trying to get Spurs to win!

I'm hearing about CONSPIRACIES and all sorts from the Y's this morning.
To think some on here wanted them to win the league too.

Couldn't be happier to conceed you may be right! Seen so many fall at the last hurdle over the years, cant believe Leicester have turned out to more Jess Ennis than Jacobellis.

Not possible not to feel a tinge of jealousy that is actually very normal especially when many of us look upon Leicester as a tiny little club from the Midlands. But they did win the mickey mouse cup (League cup) in 1997 and 2000 what have we won since 1980? there you go sometimes we kid ourselves although the way they have won this is truly unbelievable being out of the Prem for 10 years and then within two years winning it. Sometimes you have to believe in fate and the stars etc, Ravinelli has done a great job his players even more so.

We beat tel aviv last month and ruined their chances. We were cheated out of beating Patel city. Only we come out of this with some pride.

I'm envious too, imagine if it was us! To put it into perspective we still bang on about finishing 3rd 30 years ago, they will be dining out on this forever.
I heard someone the other day described this as 'a culmination of a lifes work' for Raneiri, which I thought was a very poignant way of putting it.

To be honest I’m a bit envious of Leicester, fantastic to see that for all there money and influence the so called big boys can be beaten, not just in the odd game but comprehensively during a season, I just wish it was us that had done it.
Icing on the cake that Spurs came so close but ultimately failed as surely that draw has all but ended any hope they had, never particularly liked Leicester but credit were its due.
